ABOUT US: Client Profile
Working Dynamics clients associate a collaborative workforce with productivity and success. Our clients are owners of small to medium-size businesses and leaders in corporations, education, government and nonprofit organizations. Our services are designed for leaders who need better results from their employees and are seeking the most effective strategies for building cooperation and teamwork.

The name "Working Dynamics" was new in 2003; however, we have been working with clients since 1999 to build effective teams, develop as strong leaders of teams, and manage conflict. We have worked with clients in health care, business, nonprofit, and government.

Clients who choose coaching and leadership development are
  • professionals who want to increase their effectiveness as a leader and avoid career derailment by enhancing team leadership and conflict management abilities
  • mid- and upper-level managers who need to turn around team or departmental problems that are draining resources and establishing negative image rather than moving forward and actually getting resolved
  • directors of internal leadership development programs who want their organizations to be able to address the most difficult challenge managers face — handling conflict
Clients who choose team assessment and coaching are
  • business leaders who are moving their organization through change and insist on knowing how their employees can not only be involved, but can contribute to the new culture and its success
  • team leaders who are tired of dealing with the negative effects of internal conflict on team performance
  • human resource directors who have the vision and skills to help move a department or team from dysfunction to high productivity, but lack the time it takes
